I offer pediatric and prenatal nutrition consulting to individuals and groups in the Vancouver, BC area. My focus is on nutrition for pregnancy, babies, children and families. Private consultations can be individualized based on your specific concerns, but could include:
- Pregnancy & Breastfeeding– Helping you meet your and your growing baby’s needs.
- Starting Solids – Navigating when, what, and how to introduce solids to your baby.
- Toddler & School-Aged Kids – Finding strategies to deal with your picky eater.
- Feeding the Family – Helping you make sense of your family’s needs – everything from allergies to vegetarian nutrition.
Please feel free to contact me to discuss which service may be right for your family’s needs with no obligation to book a consultation at that time. I also welcome referrals from health care professionals. At the request of families, written documentation can be provided to health care professionals.
I will complete a nutrition assessment and provide practical and evidence-based recommendations to address your individual nutrition concerns. My preference is to conduct these private consultations in-home, but I’m open to alternative settings depending on the needs of your family, please contact me if you have questions.

Many extended health care plans cover Registered Dietitian services. Contact your extended health care provider to see if they cover Nutrition Counselling or if your plan includes an “expense account” that can be used to cover services from registered health care providers, including Registered Dietitians. Dietitian services may be claimed under medical expenses on your income tax. I am also able to work with children on the Autism Funding Unit or other funding agencies.
